The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Hygiene, cleaning, and disposable items
  • Clearance or discounted products

3. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required
  • Products will be inspected before approval

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 7–14 business days
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side

5. Replacement Policy

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund based on stock availability.
